How will you make an impact in this role?

Global Network Services (GNS) LAC aims to transform its business through partnership with select bank Partners to issue credit cards and increase the acquiring business on the American Express Network, growing billings and market share. This position is for a Partner Business Solutions Analyst supporting GNS Latin American Partners. This individual will manage the enablement and technology payments relationship with our Partners through multiple locations. This position will be responsible for driving effective partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure GNS’s interests. The individual will work with the Business & New Business Development, Finance, Technologies, Legal, Compliance, Global Network Business, and Risk teams to support our Partners on the GNS Network.

Job Responsibilities

• Build strong and productive relationships and credibility across operational and project management levels of our Partners’ technologies and payments organization
• Ability to build strong working relationships across American Express staff groups to bring the full range of business-to-business capabilities, resources and advantages to GNS Partners
• Select job responsibilities require Partner management with the LAC region.
• E2E project management across the region.
• Collaborate to improve PBS LAC PMO.
• Create/Update project management templates and guidelines.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Proven project management knowledge and experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Understanding and experience of all aspects of card issuing, acquiring and servicing.
• Ability to collaborate and work with internal and external partners.
• Ability to project and represent the Blue Box in a professional manner.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Fluency in English & Spanish language.
