Our most recent customer-facing category is a service-based offering that provides Virtual Education Sessions, Online Marketing Opportunities, Comprehensive Material Takeoffs, and PERMALIGHT Certified Partner Programs. The Order Fulfillment Specialist position at American PERMALIGHT, Inc. is a customer facing position and will report directly to the General Manager and CEO.
Core Responsibilities:
The typical day/week as the Order Fulfillment Specialist at American PERMALIGHT, Inc. will consist of executing a variety of sales and support activities that include but are not limited to:
Inside Sales Functions
Existing Business
· Cultivate existing business relationships
· Contact existing customers (previous customers) to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
· Respond to RFI, RFP, RFQ from existing customers
· Listen, uncover, consult, and recommend services and products
· Keep new existing business contact information up-to-date in our CRM and additional tracking systems
· Reach a predetermined call quota and revenue goal for existing business
New Business
· Hunt for New Business Leads
· Reach out to prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline
· Respond to RFI, RFP, RFQ from new leads
· Listen, uncover, consult, and recommend services and products
· Keep new business contact information up-to-date in our CRM and additional tracking systems
· Reach a predetermined call quota and revenue goal for new business
Order Processing and Customer Service Functions
· Process inbound orders
· Enter purchase orders into QuickBooks
· Utilize UPS WorldShip, FedEx Tracking & Locations, and preferred Freight Carriers to process order shipments
· Process incoming payments in QuickBooks
· Process credit card payments and email receipts to customers
· Answer inbound phone lines and online chat
Warehouse and Special Project Functions
· Back up the Warehouse Associate position (Might be expected to lift up to 60+ pounds)
· Perform a team lift on products that require multiple team members
· Pick, pack, and ship orders if/when necessary
· Prepare sales sheets and sample kits
· Perform physical inventory counts and cross reference them with our electronic count
· Maintain safety precautions at all times

· Previous CRM experience
· Proficient Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, To Do)
Compensation: Base pay + Performance-Based Bonus (Determined by Individual and Company Performance)
The work schedule is typically Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. but this position could require more than 40 hours a week.
This is an in-office position that reports to our office in Torrance, CA.
