Fast-paced call center environment working with customers whose vehicle has been repossessed to negotiate a positive resolution.
1 year of call center or customer service-related field required.
Excellent communication skills required!
Ability to work with multiple programs, databases, etc.
Stable internet connection required!
Equipment provided, must have a stationary location to work!
High school diploma or GED required.
Monday thru Friday 10a-7p schedule.
