American Tax is seeking a well-organized individual to help with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is seasonal employment.
· Answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, directing calls, and taking messages.
· Client intake which consists of confirming demographic information, organizing materials, and communicating with staff.
· Client communications such as confirming appointments and requesting materials.
· Managing foot traffic in the office by directing in-person meetings from pickups and drop-offs.
· Assisting with various Administrative tasks.
Microsoft Excel experience required. Quickbooks experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour
