Travel Service Admin Assistant is a behind the scenes position that is critical to providing a high quality of service to our customers. Amtrav specializes is Corporate Travel. We are looking for a responsible individual that is detail oriented and has some basic experience and interest in accounting type work.
WHAT YOU DO
. Requirements:
Detail orientated
Driven to achieve and exceed goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently
Ability to sit and work at a computer for longer periods of time
Experienced with Excel and Google Sheets
The ability to work well with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with vendors and coworkers
Experience working in travel is a plus but not a requirement
Hours
The position is 40 hour a week job, Monday-Friday. Hours can be flexible, ideal schedule is 9am-6pm CT.
