Position:
Part-Time- Office Assistant, reporting to the Associate Director of Operations
Schedule:
In-person- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays, approx. 25 hours a week; occasional Wednesday and Fridays for events

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·      Bachelor’s degree
·      Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
·      Higher education experience preferred.Â
·      Highly organized
·      Professional demeanor – this position involves interaction with VIP board members, panelists, and guests
·      Familiar with Microsoft 365 Suite – specifically SharePoint
Responsibilities Include:Â
·     Record keeping for Office of the President: printing, filing and file maintenance [sharing of documents with Beirut]
·     General oversight of documenting USA events for University Archives [maintaining and sending programs, menus, etc. to Beirut archivist.]
·     Data entry: Expense reports, receipt gathering
·     Travel and accommodations coordination
·     Answering general office emails and voicemail (transcript requests, employment and degree verifications, student inquiries, etc.)Â
·     Maintenance, scanning, and labeling of archival materials
·     Staffing for office and NYC based events and board meetings (receptions, check-in, set up, etc)
·     Collaborating with office/operations assistant as needed
·     Assist with special projects as needed
