We are located in Florida and New York. In Florida, we serve clients in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. This advertisement is to fill a position in our office located in the City of Sunrise, Broward County, Florida.

Our company is seeking a Dispatcher/Receptionist to work closely with our team to schedule and dispatch appliance technicians to various job sights. The successful candidate will be organized, detail oriented and capable of working well on a team. We are looking for an loyal, honest, energetic, responsible and loyal individual who is also Bilingual (Spanish and English). Candidate must be able to be comfortable multitasking and communicating with customers; professional; able to problem-solve, and a fast learner. Responsibilities:

• Checks emails
• Secure and schedule jobs for technicians
• Greet visitors and assist them accordingly
• Handle customer service issues
• Maintain professional mannerism
• Work collaboratively with peers
• Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
• Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
• Etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $20.00 per hour
