AMETEK, Inc. Hiring for Contractor – Talent Sourcer (Remote) at Remote Full Time

AMETEK Process & Analytical Division is looking hire a Talent Sourcer to support our Human Resources team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a vital role by finding and engaging with individuals whose skills and background align with our hiring needs. You’ll be the first point of contact people have with our company so in addition to solid research skills you also need to be able to craft engaging emails.

This is a 3 month contract, with potential to extend based upon company needs

This position is fully remote from anywhere within the USA.

What You’ll Do

• The goal is this position is to effectively and creativity source and develop qualified candidates for roles within division, including Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Managerial, Technical Sales, Software, Customer Support, and manufacturing/assembly and Skilled Trades such as Electrician, Machinist, Welder.

• You will spend most of your time searching for and reaching out to potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.

• You will partner with the a large Human Resources team to understand the current and planned talent needs for the company and help develop strategies to help us find the right people.

• You will research position, talent market, AMETEK companies and desired needs to build effective sourcing strategies.

• You will conduct initial conversations with candidates to better understand their backgrounds and also to answer their questions.

Experience We Want to See

• Prior experience sourcing passive candidates in a variety of organizations with different talent needs.

• Proven experience sourcing hard to fill roles including Engineering, Finance – Cost Accounting, Controller, Machinist, Welders, Field Service Engineers, Technical Sales.

• You should be a naturally inquisitive, high intellectual curiousity and independent self- learner who can research and dive deep on new topics.

• Results oriented and ability to work independently to deliver required needs.

• Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Social Media sourcing, and others.

• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems such as SucessFactors, Taleo, Workday.
