Global Commercial Services (GCs) provides a range of Card Programs and expense management tools to help mid-size companies and large corporations around the world manage almost all facets of their business spending – from travel and meetings, to everyday office supplies and raw materials.

These solutions deliver a number of benefits to our Corporate Customers including increased visibility into their business spending, added control, improved efficiency and cost savings.

The role of Customer Marketing Coordinator is to identify, develop and execute Spend Stimulation initiatives to drive incremental billings on our current Customer’s portfolio within GCP Mexico.

This role is focused on the AD customer base, which is the segment of Accounts that have an AD representative assigned to drive growth and increase customer experience.

The role also managed the relationships with GCA, International Marketing COEs, Commercial Teams & PPI for the Triggers Strategy implementation

• Create and execute a comprehensive Trigger and spend stimulation strategy in alignment with key stakeholders to deliver a solid customer contact strategy and spend diversification within the customer base for SBS and Corporate, analytics and customer database management understanding is a must for the role

• Responsible for analyzing customer behavior and design relevant direct response campaigns based on insights to increase spending in our Managed customer base

• Responsible for the “Offers and Promotions” Program which is our website with benefits for Corporate/SBS Customers, this includes direct relation with Merchants, Consumer and different business units.

• Manage relationships with internal and external partners and build strong relationships through engagement programs, mainly with Managed stakeholders. (AD & Sales teams)

• Build BI Dashboards to define the spend acceleration and diversification strategy incorporating market insights to accelerate the business performance
• Being able to understand training needs to engage the field with the spend diversification strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or similar
• Past work experience as a marketing analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience using data analytics (tableau, power BI, etc..)
