Premium Products Management

This role will be responsible for Platinum & Centurion lifecycle health management and full value proposition and performance

• Acquisition: set the guidelines for acquisition parameters, analyze and monitor performance.

• Attrition: make sure retention protocols are in place for Premium products, monitor attrition performance, and manage actions for improving metrics.

• Benefits: Create a Value Proposition, PLS and market strategy, monitor benefits performance (usage, impact in business), and create action plans for underperforming benefits. Lead product Revites and relation with global Product Teams

• Marketing strategy for product positioning & benefit engagement communication.

• Create action plans for guaranteed revenues growth: negotiate commercial partnerships and offers with clients; benefits administration, incentivize spend, investment efficiencies, revenue opportunities.

• Customer service: ensure a high customer experience in every CM interaction channels by creating protocols for managing TLS, and CM complaints and monitoring key servicing drivers.

• Business: monitor key business drivers and create action plans with key areas for improving performance.

• Follow portfolio trends, understand behavior changes and explain them.

• Monitor monthly P&L results and trigger actions in order to guarantee business results

Requires strong knowledge of business practice and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive, highly analytical work. Participates in projects such as the development of marketing plans and forecasts, prepares pricing, competitive evaluations, and short-term projects. May organize and schedule group tasks. Tasks may be a combination of tactical and strategic in nature. Multiple tasks/projects are assigned and reviewed generally only upon completion

Months in their actual position:
For level 25 to 30: 12 months.
For level 30 to 35: 18 months.
For level 40 to 45: 24 months.

• Bachelor´s in Math, Economics, Industrial Engineer, Marketing

• Strong logical and analytical thinking. Expert in data analysis and big data management.

• Experience in analysis-manipulating and extracting business insights from large and complex data bases.

• Experience in handling and synthesizing complex information.

• Self Driven and quick learner.

• Excellent commercial & negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication skills. High level of proficiency in excel.

• Fluent english written and oral
