What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will play a crucial role in the success of our brands, and you will be an important teammate in the GENMED Franchise (this is a temporary 1 year contract).

Responsibilities

• Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)
• Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan
• Designs and carries out promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages
• Develops LRP with Business Planner
• Proposes national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers
• Partners with international PM
• Translates/implements international brand campaign locally
• Analyses market research and develops POA
• Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans
• Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)
• Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects
• Recruits and manages external vendors
• Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases
• Coordinates material creation and approvals
• Partners with brand team to follow-up implementation of brands plan

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industry
• 1 to 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Manager
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written communications
• Financial and budgeting skills and experience
• Documented track record of product launch
• Digital literacy (MS Office programs)
• Academic education or experience from similar positions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in a big pharmaceutical company
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a US pharmaceutical company
• Documented experience in high cost products
• Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position
