Role Description

Preferably applicants should be located convenient to HomeHubs head office in Rosedale or Auckland. Some national travel is reuired occatiinally.

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Operations Manager at AMI HomeHub in Auckland, with flexibility for remote work. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, implementing operational policies, and ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.

Qualifications

• Operations Management, Project Management, and Process Improvement skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations
• Hi degree or experience in ooerational reporting and leading teams to improve and exceed KPIs
