We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to help lead our team to success. As General Manager of our up-and-coming organization, you will be expected to make decisions on a variety of issues, including business operations, product pricing, inventory management and customer service. The right candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, be able to work independently, be comfortable taking charge of the situation and enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate profitability on a monthly basis.
• Plan for the future and make decisions to prepare for the uncertainty.
• Hire and retain staff.
• Manage company finances and debt in order to maintain a positive cash-flow.
• Manage inventory in order to provide sufficient inventory for peak periods; maximize profit, and prevent spoilage; manage employee wages and benefits, including health insurance.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
