Amplify is seeking an Associate Manager of Data Entry to lead a team of entry level data contractors. The Associate Manager of Data Entry will be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet business critical needs. In partnership with department leadership, the Manager of Data Entry will identify, prioritize, and implement data cleaning strategies and projects across multiple systems.

Responsibilities of the Manager of Data Entry:
- Provide analyst support, supervise critical reporting and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with technical resources and business users to resolve problems
- Identify and implement effective data cleanup strategies for NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM and other business software systems
- Partner with Business Analysts to detail business process and technical requirements, user profiles, acceptance criteria and other project artifacts
- Partner with system administrators to craft solutions based on a deep understanding of current state business processes and system challenges
- Partner with business team members and IT system administrators to prioritize and handle the backlog
- Communicate status updates to business leadership and collaborators
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through communications, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation
- Attend Partner meetings to capture requirements
- Build process documentation for team to follow and complete requirements
- Manage data entry contractors’ efforts, progress, and workloads
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communicator
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks
- Proven leadership skills with a history of effective management
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working in the education technology field
- Certification in a related process (PMP, Lean Sigma Six, Agile Scrum-master)
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with technologies and tools such as MS Project, Google apps, Smartsheet, Jira, etc. to efficiently lead projects and provide clear and concise communications to teams and key partners
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $70,000 – $80,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
