Grow your career as Marketing & Communications Manager with Amstar in Apple Leisure Group. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing marketing campaigns and branded content to life through executions that engage our target audiences and create a unified brand experience across all marketing & communication channels. This position will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy, including owning and managing the day to day. This role has functional responsibility for creating and curating content for all social platforms and building engagement.

A successful Marketing & Communications Manager will:

• Create and implement innovative strategic marketing and communication plans to achieve commercial and brand goals
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure alignment of marketing programs with the efforts of these departments
• Utilize strategic thinking and consumer insights to develop an always-on, branded content pieces in a creative and memorable way
• Develop an integrated media strategy that is designed to accelerate brand awareness, build brand equity and exceed business objectives utilizing a mix of marketing channels
• Write creative briefs and manage processes for new assets to ensure brand needs and deliverables are effectively communicated
• Mentor and supervise team members

A successful Marketing & Communications Manager will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or communications or a related discipline
• Minimum of five years’ professional experience, preferable in a marketing role
• Leadership experience creating and implementing marketing and communications campaigns
• Impeccable communications skills, both verbal and written
• Expertise in digital marketing and an understanding of the changing digital marketing landscape
• Strong English-language copywriting skills
• Skills:
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Understanding of graphic design principles and processes.
  • Able to manage and/or implement multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Able to make smart decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
