Job Overview

Candidate will be responsible for supporting TMS shipping systems within our warehouse environments. Working and maintaining all our TMS/Manifesting and label printing systems. Daily activities include:

• Researching issues with Data, orders, shipping configs to quickly resolve problems
• Be a liaison with our software provider to create new Shipper records and carrier setups
• Assist with other warehouse automation projects such as scanning, labeling, printing, etc
• Understand how our customer billing works and making sure Manifesting systems are capturing required data

Skills and Experience

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of general warehouse operations such as picking, receiving, and return processes
• Basic experience in simple SQL queries to research data issues
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks by deadlines
• High energy and self-starter. Ability to operate independently.
• Well-organized, detail oriented with excellent follow through.

Problem solver, ability to think on your feet.

• Goal oriented and driven to succeed.
• Familiarity with labeling processes and systems such as Loftware or Label Matrix
• Familiarity with WMS Systems

Experience:

• Experience with the ProShip Shipping software. Must have admin experience adding/configuring accounts and troubleshooting shipping errors
• History working with Zebra printers and ZPL
• Experience working and maintaining FedEx Server software, WorldShip or ConnectShip
• Experience working with UPS/FEDEX/DHL and the different carrier services
• Must have prior experience in a Shipping/Fulfillment operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
