Job Description
This is a superb opportunity to join the hotel team of The Marker Hotel Accommodation Department as Turndown Assistant.
The Marker Hotel is a Leading Hotel of the World and it is imperative that the candidate must have the ability to deliver a high level of service in a confident and professional manner.
The Marker Hotel will become Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel in 2022, offering all the experiential luxury Anantara Hotels & Resorts is renowned for. Until then, we will continue to offer exceptional city-centre stays under The Marker Hotel name.

Specific Duties:
To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance);
To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department;
To service guest rooms and public corridors up to required standards
To provide turn down service when required;
To service public areas when required;
To ensure that the trolley used has been fully stocked and is clean for the next day
For Turndown Service:
To service bedrooms during turndown service (18:00 to 21:30);
To help out in other areas when required;
Provide a channel for communication within the hotel to effectively deal with all telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
To carry out cleaning as required;
To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.

Candidate will need to accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams
