Job Description

Join Oaks Wellington Hotel as a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor. This is your opportunity to supervise the day to day operation of a successful Restaurant and Food & Beverage department.

As The Food And Beverage Supervisor You Will

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant, bistro and conferences.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s food and beverage features to promote to clients.
• Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.
• Supervise, train and assist Food & Beverage Attendants

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience gained in a similar role
• Previous experience working within formal dining and a bar environment
• A current RSA certificate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
• A high level of self-motivation and confidence
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts on a rotating roster.
