Our Emerging Talent Program Manager is passionate about exceptional employee experience throughout Anaplan’s global talent programs. This individual will have the proven track record to handle a workload of program management responsibilities while cross-collaborating with some pretty amazing teams!

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate cross-functionally, with line of business point of contacts, to effectively develop, design and deliver highly effective and engaging emerging talent programs

• Facilitate emerging talent and intern program networking, professional development and team building events

• Manage program expenses; Create accurate reports & program metrics

• Tailor evaluation guidance and work with program partners to align to program goals and implement future iterations

• Identify project owners each season who will supervise program participants and provide training to assure a positive support structure

• Work cross-functionally with recruiters, business partners, site leads, training POC’s and global program managers to ensure a positive participant experience

• Partner with internal teams to develop, scale and refine tools to support the program and ensure appropriate data integrity

• Drive the creation of global learning & development programs specific to the intern and emerging talent experience including intern manager training

• Provide clear communication of progress, roadblocks, updates, and future plans to the client teams, recruiting management, and localized site leads and directors

• Assist with enterprise long range global projects to improve the overall program. Partner with global counterparts to understand needs and unique attributes of other pipelines as you build and design solutions that impact the global program

• Effectively use data to track key program performance indicators, identify trends and ensure projects and programs align to company priorities

• Present and discuss intern program results and strategy to up-level the program to business leaders

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project management, HR, or recruiting role, or relevant program management experience

• Experience partnering with employee resource groups to support emerging talent engagement efforts

• Identify with industry standards to incorporate unique and creative programs with structured and defined metrics and outcomes

• Skilled facilitator comfortable with audiences of all levels

• Intuition for business and experience handling ambiguous situations while delivering on desired goals

• Develop relationships with key internal and external partners to build consistent intern and apprentice experience

• You pride yourself as an organized, proactive, and experience-minded program manager

• Use data and metrics to report on emerging talent hiring and diversity outcomes in support of our business needs

• You love collaborating with hardworking people both on our team and cross functionally to develop outstanding experiences together, but also enjoy having the autonomy to work on tasks and projects on your own

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Experienced with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Takes initiative to act, rather than react, and initiate action, task, or plan

• Solid Communication, Facilitation, Customer Service, Teamwork and Relationship Building Skills

• Knowledge and/or willingness to learn HR systems and tools.

• You are proactive in identifying and taking on new projects

• Outstanding project/program management skills
