Do you love chocolate? Have you ever dreamed about spending your days in a chocolate factory? If you answered yes then we have the job for you! We are looking for a motivated worker to join a dynamic team in our facility in Ancaster.

We are currently hiring for Full-time days, Monday – Friday. Flexible work schedule, 34 hours in summer months, with 40 hours the rest of the year.

To be reliable and punctual

Some of your main duties would be as follows:

Answering incoming calls in a friendly, positive, and professional manner

Receive customer orders on telephone, via email, fax or post.

Process customer orders on time and in a timely manner.

Invoicing orders

Respond to customer inquiries.

Check stock availability.

Appraise customers on alternative products when required item is not available.

Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders.

Preform administrative duties as required

Accounts Receivables and payables

Maintain and update customers’ database.

Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task
