Anderson’s Chimney & Masonry Services Hiring for Office Assistant / Scheduling Job at New Cumberland, PA Full Time

On any given day we have 8-12 service trucks running within a 50-mile radius of our office in New Cumberland. In addition to the service side of our business we have a retail showroom in Mechanicsburg, Keystone’s Fireplace & Stove. You will be working out of our office in New Cumberland. You would be responsible for providing quality customer service via phone and email as well as delivering a high level of attention to detail with assisting our office team and service technicians with administrative support.

Our ideal candidate would be able to organize and prioritize quickly. The office is a relaxed atmosphere but it can become very fast-paced in a matter of minutes.

Necessary Skills:

• Proficiency in basic computer programs and email systems (Outlook, Word, Excel). QuickBooks experience is a plus!

• Answering calls and gathering customer information.
• Responding to emails from customers requesting service appointments.

• Knowledge of the area and excellent Google Maps reading ability.

• A strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule. Ideally, we would like someone who could work Monday – Friday 11am – 7pm or 10am to 6pm and every 3rd Saturday morning but we would be able to change schedule to four 10-hour days plus rotating Saturday morning if needed.

• We are a pet friendly office. Must love having dogs around from time to time.

• Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
