Animates Vetcare NZ Looking for Administrative Specialist/ Receptionist at Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

About the role:

This is not your average front desk role! You’ll be the first to meet all our two and four legged visitors. Your welcoming demeanour and friendly face will set the tone for our fun and welcoming support office.

You’ll also assist with the organisation of events and functions, provide administrative support to the CEO & wider Ops team as well as booking travel and coordinating internal communication newsletters.

This is a fixed term contract, approx. 10 months, working full-time in the office, Monday – Friday.

About you:

It goes without saying you are an animal lover, but to shine in this busy role you will need to be flexible, organised, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and great interpersonal skills. Administration experience and attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure, build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
