Anne Maree Gardens Rest Home & Hospital

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, honest receptionist to join our team who will be compassionate and patient towards our residents.

Applicants require excellent communication skills, a welcoming voice and smile for meeting and greeting, initiative and ability to follow processes and systems with a positive, happy attitude.

Suitable applicants must be computer literate with a typing speed of 60 words per minute and be experience in word, excel and publisher programmes.

Applicants must be very flexible with days that they are available to work and must be able to multi-task with answering telephones, greeting visitors, supervising the front gate and conscientiously ensuring various other office duties are completed within a timely manner.

A minimum of one year experience working as a front line receptionist is preferred for this role.

A valid work permit, residency or citizenship is essential.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8:30 – 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
