Hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a busy Seafood Warehouse in Boston!

Exciting opening at a fourth-generation family owned and operated company serving the seafood industry!

Casual office environment, company t-shift/sweatshirts provided. Located in the Seaport area, free parking and on the Silver Line.

The second shift data entry position will be a part-time, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10 am to close.

The position will be responsible for completing the following daily procedures using Warehouse Information Technology System:

• Entering BOL info from the window for cross dock orders
• This includes identifying the Shipper, Consignee, and Carrier for the order
• Identifying BOL’s that are for inventory
• Mark orders as Arrived
• Uploading web orders from the Queue
• Printing pick tickets and placing them in their correct locations
• Updating inventory order weights from pick tickets completed, signed, and timestamped by an warehouse employee.
• This includes scanning the completed pick ticket to the Inventory Order
• Identifying potential mistakes
• Entering the billing for extra request like re-pack or re-ice
• Signing out Drivers
• Print Carrier lists
• Answering phone calls
• Scanning in signed BOLs from completed deliveries
• Cross-train on all desks for coverage as needed
• Other duties as assigned
