We are looking for an outstanding developer with the skills to bring new products to market, improve our existing platform and products. You will be joining a high-powered experienced team who follow agile development principles, and who value well-designed software, creative thinking and thrive on solving the unsolvable. You will be working on technology spanning identity management, mobile communications, and fintech/payments all underpinned by strong security and privacy principles. You will develop, operate and support products and services for our global customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a well-established global start-up, working with global leaders in the security and privacy space located in our local Gold Coast development lab and US headquarters.

Must-haves:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience developing backend systems
• Experience with SaaS API development, release and maintenance
• Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment
• Experience in medium scale cloud-based environments
• Ability to develop maintainable, well-designed software under tight deadlines to specification
• Experience implementing and maintaining unit, integration and system tests
• Ability to participate in DevOps activities with the team, including the occasional participation in an on-call roster.

  Must be eligible to work in Australia.



Bonus points:

• 
  Experience with Amazon Web Services (Lambda, Cognito, S3, DynamoDB)
• Experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript development
• Experience in Swift and iOS/Mac platform development, release and maintenance
• Experience in Kotlin and Android platform development, release and maintenance
• Experience in C++/.NET and Windows development, release and maintenance
• Experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) or Serverless Computing frameworks
• Experience integrating/building identity, telephony/VOIP, messaging, payments or email systems
• Having contributed to an open source project
• Interest in privacy and the protection of personal information
• Experience working at a start-up
