Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
• Position Title: Accounts Executive/ Finance Executive
• Working Location: Changi
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 6.18 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with aspects of financial accounting records, AR and AP management, and reconciliation (includes posting, verification, payment, offsetting, filling, AR chasers/follow-up, contra)
• Ensure timely AR/AP financial reporting for month-end and year-end.
• Ability to develop good practices, policies and procedures to ensure proper internal control for balance sheet/profit & loss
• Analyse and provide financial data to management in timely manner
• Handle any other general office administration

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & equipped with IT skills will be preferred
