Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing – Apparel
• Position Title: Admin Assistant (Sales) / Sales Admin Assistant
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus 
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls 
• Check emails and respond to clients’ enquiries
• Data entry
• Documents sorting
• Filing and general admin support such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
