Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics & Transportation
• Position Title: Logistics Coordinator/ Logistics Planner
• Working Location: Changi (Transportation provided at Tanah Merah MRT)
• Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Alternate Saturday, 8:30 AM-12:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements
• Generate Job orders for Drivers
• Liaise with Warehouse on forklift charges and raise PV for payment of forklift
• Handle schedule routing through the in-house system
• Updating customer service and sales teams on order delivery status
• Raise invoice for a job done and check for completeness
• Calculate monthly overtime for Drivers
• Maintain lorry profile, upkeep motor vehicles records
• Arrange payment for Road Tax, VPC, season parking & related expenses
• Manage complaints from sales representatives or customers
• Liaise with customer’s rescheduling & orders
