Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Real Estate (Logistics)
- Position Title: Senior Finance Executive
- Working Location: Downtown (Nearby the MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM/9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handles all GL entries & assists with GAAP & consolidation adjustments entries
- Handles all intercompany loans, interest on intercompany loan calculations & advances
- Handles all interest on third-party loan calculations
- Responsible for loans reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, preparations of accounting & tax schedules for monthly closing
- Assist with the preparation of all funds transfers & payments that are not thru’ AP
- Assist with quarter-end & year-end reporting package
- Assist with audit & XBRLs & tax compliance matters as required
- Assist with the KYC process for the treasury
- Preliminary TB analysis
- Assist with GST filing
- Participates in ad-hoc projects as assigned

- Degree in Accountancy, Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong analytical & computer skills (MSOffice suite and ERP systems)
- Able to meet tight schedules & deadlines
