Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: IT/ Consultancy Firm
• Position Title: Project Manager / Technical Project Manager
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am – 7 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + Bonus + Allowances
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation, organization, execution and completion of specific projects. This includes managing relevant employees, setting deadlines, communicating with company executives about the project’s status, ensuring projects stay on track and budget, and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements.
• Responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance.
• Oversee the implementation of projects. Track all project phases & activities and monitor progress and dependencies.
• Provide effective leadership to a team of Project Executives in solving problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork.

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years in project management and solutions.
• Good knowledge of Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) and PMBOK process.
• Familiar with the various system platforms such as MS .Net, web, application and database servers etc.
• Experience with MS Visual Studio, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, Stored Procedures, JavaScript, Web Service, and a good understanding of design concepts using UML, ER/EER, and design patterns is an added advantage.
• Strong in driving project implementation and delivery.
• Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework.
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum).
• Preferably Scrum Master certified.
