Answer Plus Las Vegas Hiring for Remote Call Center Representative at Remote Full Time

Answer Plus is now accepting applications for fully remote part time Customer Service Representatives.

We are looking for motivated and performance-driven people. This is a work from home position with paid training. Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system. You will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs and provide stellar service! We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales.

Shift: Monday 7a-10a, Tu/W/Th/F 7a-9:30a with one weekday off and Saturday OR Sunday 8a-2p EST. You will work 5 days a week.

Compensation: $20 an hour

Training is one week (Mon-Fri) and hours vary by applicant.

Work at home requirements for our Customer Service Superstars:

• Have Broadband Internet – You must pass our speed test
• A typing speed of 35+ WPM
• 1 GB of available space
• Have a Windows PC or laptop with direct Ethernet connection (no wi-fi)
• Have or can get a USB headset (no wireless)
• A Can Do Attitude!
