SCHEDULE: Full-time
Responsible for providing oversight and guidance of regulatory compliance functions for the Medicaid business segment.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develops, implements, and maintains formal compliance structure for compliance materials.
Creates the structure for general contractual compliance which would include setting up the processes and procedures that will ensure compliance and by which we confirm the business unit is complying as well as confirming the business unit has implemented any action plans.
Responsible for the subject matter expertise on regulatory matters generally about EAP/Behavioral Health.
May interact with legal department to review and evaluate required contractual, state and or Federal regulatory filings that may include policy and procedures, communications and policy language development.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 3 years compliance, regulatory, and/or customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred qualifications:
Previous healthcare and policy interpretation experience preferred.
Proficient in Excel
EAP/Behavioral Health experience is a plus
