Provider Communication Writer Senior
Location: Remote work from home
Hours: 8:30am-5pm M-F EST
The Provider Communication Writer Sr is responsible for providing writing support for the development and implementation of highly complex provider communication materials in support of the Value Based Solutions (VBS) Provider Enablement product suite. The Value Based Solutions – Provider Product Strategy team is focused on developing and scaling solutions to support our provider partners in the journey from fee-for-service to value-based care. This is a growing and dynamic environment, with opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives. Our product suite includes technology solutions, data analytics and human-enabled services.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
Researches, writes, edits, and reviews content for use across multiple channels, from marketing print to digital collateral programs and campaigns with a focus on digital (social, video, email, web, etc.) including writing to brand voice guidelines.
Researches, writes, edits, and reviews multimedia content for digital programs
Evaluates the effectiveness of communication plans and materials, and recommends digital communication strategies and implementation approaches which support usability principles, testing methodologies, and search engine optimization.
Delivers complex communications for implementations and other high visibility growth projects.
Ensures all digital solutions and interactive experiences meet internal and external business and legal standards and follows appropriate corporate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.
Identifies improvements/efficiencies that support operational excellence, and supports business initiatives (plain language, standardization, going paperless, etc.).
May assist in developing content for traditionally printed programs (marketing collateral, trade publication advertising, direct mail, etc.) as needed.

Consults with business leaders to identify business objectives; collaborates with business partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) for input to create a final draft document.
Collaborates with designers and other marketing team members to develop and implement digital communication solutions.
Mentors other communication writers and support staff
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding and/or experience in healthcare or managed care marketing.
Omnichannel and/or digital marketing experience.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily deadlines/deliverables.
Experience with white papers, pitch decks, and Workfront is a plus.
Experience in healthcare or managed care preferred.
Knowledge of value based solutions a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
Ability to pivot quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Background in creative strategy, concepting and implementation.
Experience understanding and writing in a brand voice for multiple audiences.
Strong copyediting and proofreading skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with experience working in a team environment.
