The Staff VP, Internal Audit & Controls Assurance will report to the Chief Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management Officer and will be responsible for leading independent Information Technology (IT) internal audit teams, and managing co-sourced external teams, to ensure enterprise IT risks are appropriately identified and managed, and providing assurance reviews over IT internal controls.
Staff includes: Director of Control Assurance and a Director of IT Internal Audit, with 13 individual contributors
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Information Technology and minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT audit, internal controls and/or compliance and a minimum of 5 years of management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. – MBA and/or professional certificate (CPA, CIA, CISA) required.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Expertise in COSO, COBIT, ITIL, HIPAA, SOX, PCAOB, SSAE 18 (SOC1 & SOC2), PCI, HITRUST, NIST CSF, and/or ISO 2000x. – Prior work experience in healthcare or other regulated industry.
