Anytime Fitness NZ Looking for Marketing Manager at Hamilton Central, Waikato Full Time

The purpose of the Marketing Manager role is to promote and advance the Anytime Fitness brands presence in the NZ market including marketing, communication, and marketing and spend strategy.  

You will design, lead, and implement the marketing plan and marketing calendar including campaign management, social and digital strategies, partnerships and communication opportunities to achieve revenue targets and top line brand identity and visibility goals. 

Leading a small team and reporting directly to the business leaders, this role has the autonomy and support for the right person to make a significant impact on an already high performing brand profile

 Roles and Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and design all digital marketing plans including SEO, social and digital media, and national promotional campaigns
• Create and execute annual marketing plan within budgets.
• Administer the content creation, copy writing, and publishing across the different communication tools and brand touch points  and manage the national resource depository.
• Push the brand across multiple communication platforms  that connects the brand with the right audience
• Manage the digital conversion rates, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend 
• Manage all marketing costs, campaign, and activation expenses within set budgets
• Monitor marketing performance in real time analysing data to support business decisions and recommendations
• Report to Franchise network on results of marketing activity both digitally and in person.
• Report to Leadership on selected success metrics and expenditure/ ROI.
