What will your day look like

In this role will you to couple your data and reporting expertise with your well-developed presentation skills to create informational and compelling business narratives for our internal stakeholders. Utilising your business acumen to relay data, you will explain why things are happening, what the options are and the recommended course of action to help the business make informed decisions. You will have the chance to help shape analytics products using your demonstrated data analytics experience.

More on this role:
You’ll make sure the Analytics team design and deliver analytics solutions that provide meaningful value to the business by ensuring the business context is considered throughout the process. And you’ll create and present Data Stories that communicate those solutions in a way that engage, explain and enlighten the business about “why” and “what to do next”

Facilitation and capture of stakeholder requirements for analytics work

Translation of stakeholder business requirements into analytics problem statements and work plans for analytics teams

Collaborate with Data Scientists to craft analytics products

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Strong experience in designing, developing or communicating data analytics solutions

Effective communication skills; in additional to oral and written, this includes well developed facilitation skills, and being able to translate technical into non-technical for presentation to all stakeholders

Data Literacy: Data Analysis and Data Visualisation skills

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship skills

A growth mindset and desire to continually learn and share new techniques and ideas
