In this role, you would have the opportunity to:
Provide administrative and operational support to 2 General Managers
Own and manage a variety of projects, and organise customer events
Manage diaries and organise local and international travel
Produce correspondence, presentations, and reporting of a confidential nature
Work with and act as a liaison between local and global internal and external stakeholders
Support key operational activities, such as report production and activity monitoring
Demonstrate the ANZ values and contribute to a customer-centric culture, fostering collaboration across teams and business units
What will you bring?

Experience in providing support at senior levels of an organisation
An understanding and appreciation of working in a confidential environment, essential
Ability working with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise conflicting issues in a professional manner
Proven ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be proactive by taking action and be persistent in addressing issues
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
A positive attitude and a growth mind-set
Location: Auckland preferred
