About the Role

The Website Content Publisher contributes to keeping the ANZ website up-to-date by authoring and publishing content. This role supports the continuous improvement of the website through the analysis and reporting of customer insight metrics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure website requests are delivered accurately and on time.
• Analyse and report on customer feedback and website analytics to prompt improvements in our customer’s experiences.
• Provide assistance and support to the delivery of the website backlog.
• Support best practice and accessibility in content management.
• Contribute to the content management process by maintaining documentation relating to design, style, processes and CMS user guidelines.

Location: Auckland or Wellington

Role Type: 12 month Fixed Term

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Previous website publishing and Content Management System (CMS) experience is essential
• Experience with web analytics, reporting, design principles, style guides, accessibility, preferred
• Organisational skills including time management, communication, self-motivation
• A strong focus on quality and attention to detail, coupled with an analytical mind set
• Ability to summarise key findings, and make recommendations from insights
• Familiarity with digital analytics software
