About The Role
Role Location: Wellington
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time (Multiple Opportunities available)
Role Shift: Tuesday – Friday 10:30-19:00, Saturday 10:00-16:00
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:
Build positive relationships with ANZ customers and maintain an exceptional level of service throughout each interaction both through phone interactions and digital communications.
Help protect our Customers financial wellbeing, through effective conversations where customers are struggling to meet required repayments
Achieve the right outcome for the customer and the Bank, by working with the customer to find the best solution to their financial needs.
Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
A natural desire to deliver a great service experience every time and be capable of connecting with a diverse range of people
A clear, well-spoken phone manner and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment. Previous experience preferred, but not essential
A proven background in customer service
A natural ability to be empathetic and resilient while staying positive even when the pressure may be on
Knowledgeable with core bank systems including SDA. Previous experience preferred, but not essential
