Role Location: Wellington

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time (Multiple Opportunities available)

Role Shift: Tuesday – Friday 10:30-19:00, Saturday 10:00-16:00

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

• Build positive relationships with ANZ customers and maintain an exceptional level of service throughout each interaction both through phone interactions and digital communications.

• Help protect our Customers financial wellbeing, through effective conversations where customers are struggling to meet required repayments

• Achieve the right outcome for the customer and the Bank, by working with the customer to find the best solution to their financial needs.

• Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• A natural desire to deliver a great service experience every time and be capable of connecting with a diverse range of people

• A clear, well-spoken phone manner and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment. Previous experience preferred, but not essential

• A proven background in customer service

• A natural ability to be empathetic and resilient while staying positive even when the pressure may be on

• Knowledgeable with core bank systems including SDA. Previous experience preferred, but not essential
