There are two opportunities to join our collaborative team, to deliver a project that transforms current manual processes into a technology solution. Using data, technology and automation to develop product governance insights to support regulatory requirements, ensure our products deliver great customer outcomes. This project will be collaborative across ANZ Risk and Product teams.

Role Location: Preferably Auckland or Wellington, other locations within NZ also considered

Role Type: Fixed term – 12 months (2 roles available)

What will your day look like

​In a typical day or week your work will involve the following:

• Learning, using and developing technology tools and data to support a variety of product management activities, feeding into requirements and leading changes following appropriate technology frameworks
• Enhancing existing tools, and automating data, and identifying opportunities to simplify processes using modern technology tools.
• Using product management data to uplift processes and develop dashboards and useful insights related to products processes and good customer outcomes
• Learning and becoming an expert in one of ANZ’s in-house platform tools, and being a trusted advisor to design, recommend and lead solutions developed on the platform
• Learning and becoming an expert in data automated pipelines to enhance existing data sets to drive more efficient product exception processes and reporting
• Ensuring data and tools are well maintained and supported
• Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across ANZ
• Working with the value chain to identify process simplification opportunities
• Training and upskill the Product Teams to understand and comply with any new processes or product governance tools and any related changes

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong understanding of and desire to develop technology solutions and efficiencies
• Strong understanding and use of data, dashboards and insights.
• Familiar with ANZ data & technology environment or other tool
• SAS, Teradata, SQL, Tableau, Openshift, Jenkins, python, git
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills and stakeholder management
