The Relationship Associate role is critical to making this happen and will involve the following:
Support the Corporate Property Relationship Managers in making banking easier for customers
Providing customer solutions and insights by conducting financial analysis along with lending support for designated customer groups
Support customers with simple business needs to the largest privately-owned businesses
Role Location: Wellington
Role Type: Full Time, Permanent Opportunity
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Background or experience within the commercial sector and/or Property Finance industries
Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen is preferred but not essential
Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends is preferred but not essential
Prior experience working with stakeholders and establishing and managing relationships in a customer delivery role/customer experience
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise
Experience in the banking industry is advantageous, but not a requirement
