As a Client Services – Team Lead you will be responsible for managing a team of service consultant and service managers, handling of clients’ enquiries/escalations and achieve overall business objective of revenue growth through revenue retention, reduced sales time on service, proactive management of service performance and increase clients’ usage of self-serve solutions and conducting service reviews. You will lead by example to undertake all escalations and enquiries and effectively resolve client complaints and deliver high quality service to clients by timely resolution of service quality issues and implementation of preventative measures to protect service levels. You will contribute to continuous process improvement and quality measurement to create efficiencies. You will demonstrate full understanding of the compliance standards and conform to the regulatory and ANZ policy and procedural requirements and foster a strong, collaborative culture and positive team dynamics consistent with the Bank’s Values.
