ANZ Looking for Senior Business Analyst at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

The Senior Business Analyst is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following:

• Apply your in depth experience of business analysis skills and techniques to analyse and synthesise information, to understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities
• Work efficiently with project stakeholders to elicit project requirements that are fit for purpose
• Work with the project team to ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly
• Provide support to other Business Analysts and contribute to the professional development and success of the broader team
• Display a positive attitude, operate collaboratively and actively support others

Role Location: Auckland or Wellington

Role Type: Multiple roles available. Roles are permanent, fulltime.

Ōu Pūkenga? – What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Extensive business analysis experience and detailed knowledge of analysis tasks, elicitation techniques, documenting, presenting and managing requirements with different stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
• Demonstrated experience in working on a number of types and size of projects.
• An excellent communicator both written and verbal, with proven influencing and facilitation skills
• Natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• An ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a moderate complexity, work collaboratively as part of a team and able to clearly represent consolidated findings.
• Agile familiarity/some experience desirable
• Experience supporting Business Credit transformation programmes and/or previous exposure to Funds products is highly desireable
