About The Role

In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

• Forecast workload and staffing requirements for NZCC Business Units in an efficient and accurate manner
• Provide support in the delivery of NZCC Campaigns, projects, and BAU operations
• Communicate and educate internal stakeholders to ensure accurate FTE utilisation and achievement of business targets
• Provide key contributions to NZCC budgetary planning and creation
• Identify and implement key initiatives to ensure the team continues to develop in accordance with ANZ and business strategy
• Foster and maintain a high level of forecasting accuracy

Role Location: Wellington or Auckland

Role Type: Permanent, full-time opportunity

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong numeric, analytic and problem solving skills with a significant attention to detail
• Previous experience in Contact Centre forecasting preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on educating and influencing
• Demonstrated experience in workforce management is preferred
• Understanding and proven skill in the use of Genesys Workforce Management software or industry equivalent preferred
• Ability to work autonomously or within a team, while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Advanced MS office skills particularly Excel
• Ability to design and create complex, but efficient planning models
