This is an exciting opportunity for applicants who have a background in insurance or financial services and are looking for a fast-paced role using their customer service and administrative skills. Based at our Takapuna branch, you will provide dedicated support to our Commercial team.

What the day will look like
As an Account Broker at Aon, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Account Management team on assigned accounts
- Supporting with day-to-day account management matters, including renewal preparation, documentation and outstanding premiums
- Liaising with clients and insurers on broking matters
- Providing timely written or verbal communications to underwriters and clients
- General support/assistance to the team

Skills and experience that will lead to success
To hit the ground running, you should have:
- Customer-focused, with good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- A great team player with the ability to get along with a wide variety of people
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Insurance/financial services experience an advantage
