In this position you will work with a book of existing clients. A part of your role will focus on building relationships and driving new business. You will have a broker support who will provide support to you daily from an administration perspective.
Day-to-day you might work on:
e currently have approximately1,000 employees in New Zealand. Globally, we have an employee base of 50,000 people, working across 120 countries. This allows us to build the best teams and gather the best thinking from around the world to deliver quality solutions and service locally.
In order to perform this role, you will need to have either the requisite professional qualifications to be a financial adviser under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 or meet the conditions for an exemption from the qualification requirements until March 2023.

The Opportunity
Aon’s Rangiora branch currently has an opportunity for a proven relationship builder to support and grow an established client base. The Branch supports a mixture of Rural and Commercial clients.
In this position you will work with a book of existing clients. A part of your role will focus on building relationships and driving new business. You will have a broker support who will provide support to you daily from an administration perspective.
Day-to-day you might work on:
- Client visits and relationship building
- Managing annual client renewals
- Liaising with Insurers and Underwriters
About You
Ideally, you would come from an Insurance Broking background, FSP registered and hold the ANZIFF level 5 qualification.
We will be looking for:
- Proven background building client relationships
- Autonomy and confidence managing your own portfolio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience growing new business would be advantageous
