Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Drive new business growth (organic and new-new) across all Affinity opportunity segments and support the launch of new affinity programs as assigned to meet the required new business budget
• Work closely with team leader and colleagues from other units on potential cross-sell and/or penetration opportunities
• Identify focus segments and develop strategic plan to acquire new business leads, including Singapore based Regional Clients
• Engage various Aon business units, specialties and regional resources to deliver appropriate Aon United solutions for clients
• Keep up to date on Aon IQ and wide range of cutting-edge solutions across all Aon business units

Client Management:

• Relationship management and CRM servicing of Affinity Clients (including Regional Clients who are Singapore based)
• Discover client’s needs in holistic manner
• Set service scope and expectations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and program continuity
• Advise on local statutory insurance requirements
• Design, strategize, place/renew and manage Affinity program across various solution lines
• Ensure policy administration matters are carried out accurately and timely, including invoicing and collection
• Review Affinity program performance, perform claims analysis and recommend program improvement or enhancement where possible.
• Develop and maintain marketing campaign project plans, refine marketing materials if applicable

Project Management:

• Engage business partners and vendors to reach business objectives
• Plan and coordinate existing Aon resources including but not limited to operations, compliance and legal to develop feasible program structure and facilitate implementation of new affinity programs
• Develop project plan and manage process from inception to completion

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience (e.g. Affinity Solutions, Consumer Insurance, etc.)
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurance, Digital Marketing will be an advantage
• Computer skills and general IT literacy
• Proficient and confident in public speaking, to conduct presentation of analytical results, sales presentation and the like
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Pro-active, enthusiastic, creative and independent thinker
• Team player
