Aotea Electric Auckland Ltd Looking for Administrator at Rosedale, Auckland Full Time

We are looking for an efficient and enthusiastic administrator to join our Rosedale based team.

This is a position that offers the potential to grow and learn in an exciting and busy environment.  It would suit someone with at least 2 years’ administrative experience.  

We are looking for a person with excellent organisational skills, who is great with time management, has an eye for detail and is keen to learn.  This role includes front line contact for visitors and answering phones, so the successful applicant will need to be well presented, reliable, mature and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities include:

• General reception 
• Health and Safety Admin
• IT Admin (organising user set ups; ordering equipment; record keeping)
• Vehicle Fleet Admin 
• Liaison with stores & logistics; record keeping
• Coordination of facility contractors
• General office duties, including filing, photocopying, archiving, etc.
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms

Skills required:

• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
• Excellent communication skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail 
• Warm and confident telephone manner
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good team skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Can do attitude – quick learner
• Current Drivers Licence (Restricted or Full preferred)

We offer full on the job training and support, a friendly and fun team environment and opportunity for growth. 

This is a full-time position – Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
