Position Summary:
The Managed Care Coordinator Assistant provides a variety of Managed
Care program support and administrative/ staff support services to
assigned department, business unit, manager or executive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

– Administrative/Staff support services include clerical and support
duties for the department. Responsibilities include:
– Maintain business spreadsheets, including quality scorecards
(Excel Skills)
– Maintain, organize and upload documents on team SharePoint sites
(technical and organizational skills)
– Process Expense reports for department and leadership expenses
– Manage Event planning activities such as meal planning/ordering,
room set-up, etc. (organizational skills)
– Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for assigned area(s)
– Process mail and sending checks to branches (problem solving)
– Receive and distribute incoming calls, messages, faxes and mail;
scan documents as necessary
– Order and maintains departmental office supplies
– Order departmental assets through requisition system
