This is what I have to SA position.

• Develop a deep knowledge of the functionality, configuration interfaces, native tools and third party tools available to maintain the assigned applications. Understand end to end business processes within the product space. Understand internally built and 3rd party applications that interact with the assigned application. Comprehend the underlying technology and infrastructure within the product space. Able to collaborate with the Product Management team in identifying conceptual design of more complex solutions to meet business needs.
• Ability to effectively review and identify circumstances and evidence of a problem, and apply sound troubleshooting practices to diagnose the root cause of the problem.
• Maintain accurate and current technical and support documentation in the form of specifications, run books, data flows, and additional technical documentation. Set standards and create best practices for documentation.
• Monitor production to support 100% availability to users according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Monitor production logs for any issues and address immediately to minimize end user impact. Log Service Requests (SRs) and work with vendor support resources related to issues discovered in monitoring of daily production.
• Build relationships and work collaboratively within the agile product team and leaders across the organization.
• Monitor integration points with internal systems and other third party software to ensure complete and accurate batch processes. Log incident tickets and work with internal IT teams related to issues with integration points discovered in monitoring daily production.
